Dear Signup Candidate,

Thank you for taking the time to enrich the heritage of the 1956 Hungarian immigrants, or ´56ers´, living in their diaspora. In the USA.

Some questions of the questionnaire will be made available to the public, others we collect only to establish a contact with you, others to establish a database of the accomplishments and success of the heritage of these 56ers through which they contributed so significantly to the well being of their newfound homeland.

Browse around in the already signed up life stories and get a feel of the type of questions asked and how extensive, the answers are. Understand that this webpage is not the exclusive list of high achievers, it is for ALL 56ers who stood their ground in the new country.

Before entering your bio, please review the list of questions (word document) that you will be asked. Once you have ALL the answers you can reenter the site and fill out the questionnaire completely. This gives you an opportunity to look up those facts that are not at your fingertips. Remember to write a paragraph summarizing your most memorable experiences and highest achievements. Also, load a photo of yourself that you saved in a .jpg or .png format.

While in the process of data entry, there will be an opportunity to interrupt the process and to continue later. If more time is required for you to obtain the desired information, please click the “Save and Continue Later” button.
